Pressed by Couric for specifics, particularly her side on the proposed moratorium on foreclosures and citing specific examples how McCain, in his 26 years in Congress, has instituted reforms on the way Wall Street does its business in terms of regulation, Palin can’t discuss the issues more than what the average American already knows.
